Basic College Mathematics for the 21st Century covers basic arithmetic concepts involving critical thinking and its application to verbal problems. Concepts covered include, but are not limited to: decimals, fractions, percents and conversions. Elementary algebra is also discussed, including addition and subtraction of polynomials; monomial, binomial and polynomial multiplication; monomial division; linear equations; factoring; solving quadratics, graphs and properties and basic geometry.
